[EBB Sightings] Lake Merritt Bonaparte's Gulls

A couple adult BONAPARTE'S GULLS were circling over the lake between
Lakeside Park and Lakeshore Avenue this morning. 

A male RED-BREASTED MERGANSER was working the shallows along Lakeshore as
well.

The number of EARED GREBES on the lake is striking. Most are in full-on
breeding plumage. A few HORNED GREBES in various plumages are also mixed in
for comparison.
