[EBB Sightings] Western Bluebirds at Shadowcliffs

I don't think it's "too early" for Bluebirds. I've seem them on the 
Christmas Bird Counts at Briones Reservoir, the Oakland Zoo, and Redwood 
Regional Park. I don't think they go anywhere.
