[EBB Sightings] Alameda County White-winged Scoters

There has been some discussion recently as to the possible locations of
White-winged Scoters in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.  My single record
is of about 10 White-winged Scoters on 7 December 1997 off of the Berkeley
Pier in Alameda County.  This record is certainly dated, but the location
and time of year are significant.
