    The Peregrine was standing at the interior northern edge of the middle
    southern pond west of Mitigation. After 10 minutes or so it flew off to the
    east. Also the Eurasian Wigeon was in the same spot as last week on the
    western edge of the big south pond among Wigeons, Green-wings and Shovelers.
    No Burrowing Owl in sight. Where and when was it last seen?
