There do seem to be a lot of reports of White-Throated Sparrows this 
year.  It will be interesting to see if the trend continues next year, or 
if this year just yielded a good batch of White-Throats.

We have had a White-Throated Sparrow regularly at our backyard ground 
feeder here in Pinole since October 23.  Then, to our happy surprise, we 
saw 2 of them for 4 days this month (1/12 - 1/15), seen simultaneously.
