    Third time is the charm, I guess.  I saw the bird twice, at 12:50 and 1:10,
    briefly both times.  Same place as already described, at the NE corner of
    the southernmost pond.  It announced its arrival with loud chips, and bobbed
    its tail continuously while it perched above the small streamlet that goes
    into the pond.
