[EBB Sightings] Red Phalarope

I found a Red Phalarope in a busy parking lot on San
Pablo Ave. in Albany this a.m.  It was very reluctant
to move (out of traffic) so I took it to the
International Bird Rescue and Research center in
Cordelia.

They told me that the birds may be facing a problem,
such as shortage of food, since they are getting an
increased amount of them right now.
