We saw the BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER in Oakland today about 11:30 am. It was
found in the oaks along Perkins St, which is the street perpendicular to
Bellevue Ave opposite the Rotary Nature Center at Lake Merritt.

It was hanging out with a large mixed flock which also included
Chestnut-backed Chickadees, Bushtits, an Oak Titmouse, Yellow-rumped
Warblers, Ruby-Crowned Kinglets, 2 Brown Creepers, and a Townsend's Warbler.

A Red-breasted Sapsucker was also in the area.

    Good birding,
