[EBB Sightings] Palm Warbler in Oakland

The Palm Warbler was in the bare tree at the end of 5th Avenue, Oakland at 9:15AM today.  It then worked the junk in the yard, the lawn under the tree, and 5th Avenue.  It was present about 5 minutes, and left, over the building.
   
  5th Avenue borders Laney College, Oakland on the East.  Take 5th Avenue SOUTH to the end, watching for a large mailbox which once read "10 Fifth Avenue".
   
  From I-880 Southbound (880 is running east/west here), take the 16th Avenue exit, turn right on Embarcadero to 5th AVENUE and turn south (left).
   
  From I-880 Northbound (880 is running east/west here), take the 5th Avenue exit, turn south (left under freeway) to the end of 5th Avenue.
