[EBB Sightings] Kite Say's Merlin

Birders,

During our pre-Dog-and-Bird-Walk visit to the dog run (I hate having  
a bag of dog stuff in my hand when I suddenly raise my binocular),  
Skip and I had a WHITE-TAILED KITE. Well, I had a kite - Skip was,  
uh, indisposed. We had 3 more kite sightings on our walk, plus a  
SAY'S PHOEBE, a couple of flocks of CEDAR WAXWINGS, and within sight  
of home at the corner of Toltec Circle and Salamanca Ct, the second  
(same?) MERLIN in a week. Yesterday, Skip and I had a TOWNSEND'S  
WARBLER.
