Places I've seen Black Oystercatchers with some regularity are, from =
north to south:

1.  Vincent Park in Richmond
2.  On the breakwater at the mouth of the Berkeley Marina
3.  Along the rocky shoreline of Eastshore State Park, anywhere from the =
Albany bulb down to the Emeryville peninsula
4.  Hayward Regional Shoreline, on the rocky shoreline from Hayward's    =
 Landing north at least to Frank's Dump.
