[EBB Sightings] Green Heron at Lake Temescal

At about 4:30 this afternoon Marsha Feinland and I saw a Green Heron 
(Butorides virescens) on the west shore of Lake Temescal in Oakland. It was 
in foliage along the lake edge by the trail, but flushed to a tree branch, 
then to another one, then to a pier end, then flew across the lake as we 
continued walking in its direction.
