[EBB Sightings] turkeys at Virginia and La Loma in Berkeley

While taking a walk in Berkeley yesterday, we stumbled across a group of 6 male wild turkeys and a number of surprised onlookers.  It was the first time I'd seen wild turkeys in Berkeley, but North Berkeley does attract quite a nice variety of wildlife generally.

  

I'm wondering if anybody else has seen turkeys in Berkeley before (especially Alan Krakauer?).
