    I assumed the birds were migrating when I saw them, and I have been in 
    Joaquin Miller a few times since then and have not seen that many 
    Red-tails together, so it is certainly possible or probable that they 
    were different birds than those seen by Sylvia.  But the coincidence of 
    seeing five juveniles in the same area made me wonder.
