    As a relatively new California birder, I am unsure which subspecies of Fox  
    Sparrow I saw in my El Sobrante yard today. Looking at the NG guide, I  thought 
    "unalaschcensis".  But when I went to Sibley for comfirmation  I got totally 
    confused.  Sibley doesn't use Latin subspecies names for this  bird so I can't 
    correlate them with NG. Help, please!  Thank you.
