[EBB Sightings] Field trip announcement

I am posting this to SFBirds and EBBirds because many people may receive the
Gull to late to find out about the trips that are scheduled for the first
weekend in October. I am leading a Lake Merced bird walk on Saturday October
1st. We will be visiting various locations around the lake, mostly on foot.

Lake Merced Bird Walk 
San Francisco 
Saturday, October 1

Meet at 8 a.m. at concrete bridge on South Lake Merced. We will bird various
locations on and around Lake Merced, covering up to 5 miles of flat terrain on
foot. Wear appropriate shoes and bring water. The concrete bridge is accessed
on John Muir Dr. about 1/4 mile northwest of intersection of John Muir Dr. and
Lake Merced Blvd. 

Beginners welcome. Heavy rain cancels. Trip ends around noon.
