[EBB Sightings] Contra Loma Reservoir

Yesterday during a two-hour walk at beautiful Contra Loma Reservoir in Antioch (Lone Tree/Golf Club Rd/Fredrickson Lane), we had 36 species.  Among those species, we saw or heard four Great Blue Herons, a Sora, Bushtit, White-breasted Nuthatch, Green Herons, Piedbill Grebes, Loggerhead Shrike, Black Phoebe, Lark Sparrows, and Pacific Slope Flycatcher. The trees were full of Western Bluebirds, Anna's Hummingbirds, and Wilson's Warblers--adults and juveniles.
