[EBB Sightings] Dublin Say's Phoebe

I had another Say's Phoebe sighting this morning at my apartment complex here in Dublin.  I spent about 5 minutes watching it hunt from the gutters and eaves before I lost track of it over the roof of one of the buildings.  It seemed to take a mild interest in the Mourning Doves that are nesting on one of the small ledges.  It was completely silent, no calls.  I missed getting a photo by about 15 seconds.
