[EBB Sightings] PEFA

What is a PEFA and where is Pine Canyon?

Greetings,

I was in Pine Canyon yesterday observing the PEFA nest.  There were three 
fledged young, about  50 days old,  hopping about the rocks.   Could anyone 
please tell me if this is the total number of young they produced this year?
