[EBB Sightings] Lake Merritt Franklin's Chat

Thanks to a contribution from Calvin Lou, I have posted a photo of the
Franklin's Gull at Lake Merritt seen today at:

This photo shows the red tip to the bill very well, but the pink "flush"
(hyperxanthism) shows up better in the reflection.
