[EBB Sightings] Black Tern at Hayward Shoreline

 A Black Tern appeared this morning at Hayward shoreline a short distance 
from the visitor's center.  The Forster's Terns are nesting on islands in 
what used to be the 'Snow Plover' area to the south, now quite flooded.
