Before there's a flurry of bird feeding hints and more virus warnings, I'll 
take the liberty of reminding folks that this list is for the purpose of 
bird sightings in Alameda and Contra Costa County. Of late there have been 
multiple unrelated topics. Other bird topics not related to sightings can be
