[EBB Sightings] Burrowing owls- Dublin

burrowing owls are skittish for a good reason... it is
a survival defense mechanism... and the owls at cesar
chavez would not like to be picked up, nor should
anyone approach them close enough to get them
habituated to humans... corinne
