[EBB Sightings] chat link

Could someone provide the link mentioned a couple of weeks ago about a 
Chat forum for non-sighting specific birdtalk? I sometimes have 
questions that are not appropriate for this forum. I checked the 
Audubon site and many links but couldn't find it. The exciting story of 
the Ivory-billed Woodpecker reminded me of wanting the link.
