This morning on the way to work, I stopped at Inspiration Point in
Tilden Park for 45 minutes. I heard and then spotted my first
Olive-sided Flycatcher for this spring. It was located in a snag
about 250 yards north of the parking lot.
Hiking the first 3/4 mile of the Nimitz Trail I also spotted an
    Ash-throated Flycatcher.

Lots of Ca Quail, Red-breasted Nuthatches, American and Lesser
Goldfinches, and only Orange-crowned Warblers (always on the lookout
for the MacGillivray's), plus Western Bluebirds, Red-tails, Towhees,
and Song and Orange-crowned Sparrows and one male Rufous Hummer.
