[EBB Sightings] cedar waxwings

A flock of cedar waxwings was feeding excitedly around 3 P.M. in my ancient valley oak in Lafayette.  I haven't seen them since December when they were enjoying my persimmons.  Does anyone know what they might be eating in the oak?  They appeared to be pulling at the immature leaves, making them shake.
