I also saw a roadrunner about three weeks ago on the
second hole fairway at the Wente Vineyards golf course
in Livermore. As luck would have it, I didn't bring
my camera. S/he was very habituated, letting me get
within 10 feet before I decided not to test his/her
patience any further. I also saw a coyote nearby with
a jetpack and roller skates closing in on the
roadrunner but I figured I'd let nature take its
    course.

Lots of robins and woodpeckers at that course as well,
hanging out by the clubhouse in particular.
