Today at 3:30 PM there were 3 (perhaps 4) Burrowing owls on the fence lines surrounding the large, overgrown field located due west of the Sybase building in Dublin (Dublin blvd and Arnold road).   In recent weeks I have seen owls in the fields southwest and southeast of the intersection of Tassajara and Dublin blvd.
