[EBB Sightings] Cassin's Finch

I had written earlier about a presumed house finch that had more red on 
his back than others. I am pretty sure its a Cassin's Finch, based on 
the Sibley description. His stripes of gray and white are definitely 
sharper than the House, tail a bit longer,his head is a somewhat 
different quality of red, and, he just looks different, dangit. Now the 
challenge is to distinguish a female, if I am even right.
He is a regular visitor at my feeder outside my window here in Rossmoor.
