    While we are on the topic of backyard birds, I picked a new one: Western 
    Bluebird. There's been 5 in the lower Oakland Hills cityscape fly catching off a 
    telephone pole this week. Also saw a flock at the cemetery in Piedmont. They 
    should show well on the Xmas Count. Good Luck.
