[EBB Sightings] Lake Merritt--goldeneyes, Tufted Duck

On the way home from Palo Alto (no Black Rails!), Rob Smith and I
stopped briefly at Lake Merritt. Common Goldeneyes were at scattered
places, including the Nature Center, and Barrow's Goldeneyes -- at least
three adult males and two first-winter males (??; all dark bills) --
were at the SW corner of the Lake. A female Tufted Duck was at the
Nature Center. (I believe this bird was previously reported, but I can't
find the report!)
