    Just a reminder, one thing to be aware of when going out to look for 
    high tide birds, such as rails, is the wide variation in high tide times 
    in different parts of the Bay-Delta system.
    
    As examples, the high tides on December 12 and 13 are later than the 
    Golden Gate times mentioned by Kay Loughman by 30 minutes at the Oakland 
    airport (11:23 and 12:11, respectively) and by almost four hours at 
    Antioch (2:34 and 3:25 PM).
