[EBB Sightings] LONG-TAILED DUCK off Berkeley pier

At 11:30 this morning I found Bob Battagin and refound the female 
LONG-TAILED DUCK at the Berkeley pier.  The duck was at the same place it 
was reported yesterday by Dave Quady, about 10 light standards out the pier. 
  This is about half way.  The duck was constantly diving spending a lot of 
time down and little time up.
