About 10 am this morning, George Bing and I saw a Common Loon
in the main lake at Shadow Cliffs, an unusual bird for Livermore.

An Osprey was perched in a tree near the southwest corner of the
lake. This bird is somewhat regular here.

The Common Moorhens were in their usual area in the creek near
the foot bridge just south of the water slides.

The lady in the entrance kiosk said a birding group was in the park,
and we found their cars, but not the group, for the next hour!

The male Blue-winged Teal, and likely a female, were at the
Livermore Sewage Pland on Jack London Blvd again, this time
in the first settling pond park on the south side of the road and
walk up onto the grass on the north side for a view).

    Good Birding,
    Art Edwards
