Before visiting my 98 year old "sharp as a tack" mother-in-law in =
Alameda, I scooted over to Bay Farm Island and found the Black Scoter =
reported by Denise Wight.

There is a cement bathroom to the right of the Ferry Building and the =
scoter was not far off shore behind the bathroom building.  I observed =
it at 11:30 a.m.
