    At Lake Temescal in Oakland this morning an OSPREY was hanging out in =
    the Redwoods along the west side of the lake.   Also present was a =
    COOPER'S HAWK, BELTED KINGFISHER, PURPLE FINCH flock, Myrtle's =
    YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS, and a few TOWNSEND'S WARBLERS.  Last week, a =
    first winter WESTERN GULL was associating with the Ring-billed and =
    California Gulls that are usually present.
