[EBB Sightings] Cooper's Hawk in West Oakland

Yesterday afternoon, a Cooper's Hawk flew under the BART tracks and across 
7th St from the West Oakland post office to the top of the new buildings 
across the street. I'm used to seeing them in urban areas with trees, like 
Berkeley, but I don't think I ever seen one in such a barren area before 
except on the top of Garin  Ridge during migration. Maybe those feral 
pigeons are proving a tasty temptation.
