Here in the flat lands of Pleasanton it was good yard birding too.

California Towhees
Annas Humming Birds 5 at one time around 8:15 AM in my front yard all 5
peacefully working a late bloom of Mexican Sage.
Crows 35 +++ about 6:45 PM 
Barn Owl - clicking very late evening

Same here. We got our first white-crowned sparrows in the lower Oakland
Hills. Since it seems a lot of bird movement was taking place, I took
