[EBB Sightings] Batopia

Hi, all.
  I know this isn't officially bird stuff, but a
number of you expressed an interest in seeing the "Bat
Lady," Maggie Hooper, when she appears at the Oakland
Public Library. 
  She's coming next week to a number of OPL branches.
You can find out where and when by logging onto the
OPL website, www.oaklandlibrary.org , clicking on
"events" and then on "events for kids." (Don't worry,
anybody can come.) The schedule should be at the top
of that list. 
  A word of warning: Ms. Hooper very often brings in a
crowd, so you might want to show up early if you want
to be sure to get in.
