[EBB Sightings] dinner time for Cooper's hawk

I was walking home from the El Cerrito Plaza BART station last night at 
about 6 pm, trying to come up with a plan for the evening meal, when a 
Cooper's hawk suddenly flew out of some tall shrubbery across the street 
and perched on a telephone wire right overhead. He was clutching his dinner 
in his talons, a passerine of some sort.  He didn't look like he wanted to 
share.
