[EBB Sightings] Tri colored Blackbirds and Red Knots

Has anyone seen any large groups of tri-colored
blackbirds recently?  (ie, knows a place where they
can be reliably found at present?)

Are the red knots we are seeing at the end of Winton
on their way to South America, or will we have red
knots at Frank's dump for the whole winter?  Will we
have a chance to see them in their breeding plumage?
