Frank's Dump West is at Hayward Regional Shoreline in Hayward (Alameda
    County).

Exit I-880 to the west at West Winton Ave.

At the end of West Winton, park either on the street next to the flood
control channel or in the parking lot south of the flood control channel
(closes at 5 pm). You can either take the paved trail on the north side of
the flood control channel or from the parking lot take the trail along the
north side of Mt. Trashmore (the closed landfill immediately west of the
parking lot). In either case you will head west toward the bay. When you
reach the bay near Hayward's Landing (at the west end of the flood control
channel) head north (right) on the bay trail.

Frank's Dump West is north of the Radio Towers and south of Sulfur Creek.
Oro Loma Marsh is the area north of Sulfur Creek.

Peter Dramer and I saw a Wandering Tattler and first of the season American
Wigeon today near the bridge across the breach into Oro Loma Marsh.
