Saw a Western Screech Owl perching in a small tree in the middle of Trader
Joe's parking lot in Danville about 8 pm on Monday (9/6/04) night. I just
sat there about 10 feet up and let me get very close. A streetlight nearby
lit it up very nicely. I noticed it because I saw it fly in.
