[EBB Sightings] Burrowing Owls?

I always see them on Camp Parks in Dublin

I've heard that there are Burrowing Owls at Arrohead Marsh but I've been

unable to find any after at least a dozen visits.  Does anyone know 
where I can find them in the Bay Area?  Thanks a lot! - Mary
